TKL Online Course Activity Types
All courses with Teach & Kids Learn (TKL) are asynchronous and self-paced. The TKL course design enables you to learn evidence-based practices through intentionally constructed, interactive multimedia resources and tasks, including videos, readings, classroom application activities, and collaborative posts on our discussion board.
Just as a book has chapters and pages, your TKL course is divided into modules, sections, and steps that contain the course activities.
Each module is presented through a progression of topics using a systematic and intentional approach to constructing knowledge. Each module provides opportunities to grow discipline-specific expertise by acquiring factual, conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive knowledge.
