Recipe:
Chicken fillet - 100g
mushrooms - 70g
cream - 100g
parmesan - 40 g
cherry tomatoes - 50g
pasta - 60g
basil - 10g
white wine - 40g
Preparation:
Wash the chicken fillet, clean it, dry it. We cut it into slices. My mushrooms, peel and cut in half. Rub the cheese on a fine grater. We marinate the cherry in a light marinade.
Cut the cherry in half, add a little ground pepper, a little olive oil, salt and a couple of leaves of chopped basil. We mix.
We fill the pan with water for cooking pasta. Salt it. Pour oil into a hot pan and fry the chicken on it, then the mushrooms. We start to cook the pasta. You need to cook it until it is almost completely cooked, al dente. Stir the pasta during cooking so that it does not stick together. Pour some wine to the chicken with mushrooms, evaporate the alcohol. Then pour the cream and make the sauce. Add cheese. He should tighten the sauce. Add pepper, salt and a couple of basil leaves. We take the pasta out of the water and send it to the sauce. We also add a little water from the pasta cooking.
Now we bring the sauce to taste and to the desired thickness.
Serving. First, we spread the pasta, next to the fry, decorate with cherry tomatoes, parmesan and basil leaves.
