I've recently been getting into these older Paramount DVD releases. You can tell them apart from other versions because these variants have a solid colored band that adorns the top or bottom of the DVD cover art. It even boldly and proudly displays "Widescreen Collection". Some of these versions even have decent special features. Plus, if you find them in the original condition, 99.99% of them use Amaray cases which are absolutely top of the line. They're super sturdy and don't flex when you pick them up like the eco cases distributors use now. Interestingly on the back of the cover art for this movie, Bless the Child, the DVD claims to include "original TV Spots", but there are none on the disc. Also, if you happen to come across the individual release of Silent Night Deadly Night 1 from Anchor Bay, the DVD art for that movie also claims to include a trailer, but there is not one on that disc either!
