The Issue:
Tool Area was cluttered and unorganized. No permanent locations for anything.
The Improvement:
I decluttered the area, cleaned off the work bench and organized/labeled all tools.
The Impact:
20 minutes saved by not having to look around the entire warehouse for a shovel!
