Bakery Pide Recipe Tips:
When kneading the dough, add flour gradually and in a controlled manner. Add flour little by little to adjust the consistency of the dough properly.
Follow the proofing time accurately. After letting your dough rise, maintain the temperature and humidity balance and wait for half an hour. This time is crucial for the dough to rise.
Cover the dough while resting. Cover it with a clean cloth to ensure proper rising during the resting period.
Avoid using too much flour when rolling out the dough. After sprinkling some flour onto the surface, roll it out thinly, making sure the dough doesn't stick.
When shaping the pides, make indentations on the surface using the back of a bread knife. This helps the pides to rise evenly and obtain a beautiful appearance while baking.
Adjust the oven temperature and baking time correctly. Bake until the tops and bottoms of the pides are nicely browned.
After taking the baked pides out of the oven, cover them lightly with a damp cloth to rest. This helps to maintain their softness.
Wait for the pides to cool slightly before serving. Cutting them while still hot may cause them to crumble.
By following these tips, you can achieve soft and delicious bakery pides. Enjoy your meal
