6 egg yolk
1 cup Evaporated milk (250ml)
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup cooking oil size cup (125ml)

1 tbsp baking powder (10g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2g)
2 cup+1 tbsp all purpose flour (250g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
(mix well)
Meringue
6 egg whites
1½ teaspoon vinegar
1 cup sugar (200g)
11x2 size pan
The wok has no water it is improvised oven heat the wok for 2 minutes on medium heat and put cooling rack
Cook on medium low heat for 50 to 55 minutes
if you have an oven at home bake it 150c for 50 to 55 minutes
