Bazaar Meat by José Andrés | The Ultimate Tasting
The last two times before this trip that I have been in Las Vegas I have wanted to eat at Bazaar Meat by José Andrés but never got a chance to go. Going with my dad who loves a good steak was the perfect person to go with for the first time, yes the first time because I plan to go back. It was a celebratory dinner because right before this we watched the Pittsburgh Steelers beat the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium. The day was perfect.
We actually got served 2 extra courses that were not on the Ultimate Tasting menu which I was perfectly ok with lol more food the better. We were totally stuffed though because the pacing of the food did hit a snag where it slowed down. Below is what we ate:

Shrimp Cocktail- piquillo cocktail sauce, avocado
Cotton Candy Foie Gras- crispy corn nuts
Caviar Cone- crèmw fraîche, Osstera caviar, chive
Marinated 'Ferran Adrià' Olives- modern & tradtional
Croquetas de Pollo
Patas Bravas
Jamón Ibérico de Bellota- Conco Jotas, Andalucia, Spain
"Not Your Everyday Caprese Salad"- pesto, tomato, mozzarella sphere
Bison, Buffalo-Style- compressed celery, blue cheese, buffalo wing sauce
Sobrasada Toast- drunken goat cheese, honey, chives
The Classic Tartare- beef sirloin, Savora mustard, egg yolk, HP sauce, anchovy
"Beefsteak" Tomato Tartare- tomato, black olive, romaine leaves
Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef- prepared tableside on an Ishiyaki stone
Washugyu Ribeye- Lindsay Ranch, OR
Buttered Potato Purée- butter, butter, more butter, some potatoes
Grilled Asparagus- black garlic romesco sauce
Seasonal Mushrooms- Josper-roasted onion purée
Desserts- cream puffs and assorted tarts
