Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade (DFFAC / DFFNT) Commentary - Jecht
Hey, how's it going everyone. In this video, we're going to take an in-depth look at Jecht, FFX's newest assassin representative. Jecht has a really cool ex skill called Jecht Cancel which basically allows him to cancel any action and immediately do a bravery attack, dodge, or guard. This opens up a ton of different options, which you'll see in the video. It allows him to be incredibly aggressive, or even push the boundaries of what he can do and go defensive just at the right moment. Jecht's bravery moveset is comprised of very short range melee attacks, some more mid range gap closing attacks, and a block that will stagger any would-be melee attackers. A successful block reduces the cooldown of his Jecht Cancel by 1 second, and since the cooldown is only 35 seconds long, he can get it back up and ready pretty quick. Jecht seems pretty reliant on his ex skill to stand out, but it can definitely give him the ability to be a play-maker for his team.
