Installing some @strongtie HTT4 hold downs. This requires we use threaded rod and coupler nuts to connect to the cast in place bolt in the foundation wall below.

Put the nut on, then cut the threaded rod 👍 @MakitaToolsUSA grinder makes quick work through the rod and no damage to the threading.
