Experiment: Story Writing
Problem: We need to capture work in small nuggets that can be completed in a sprint, that provide value to our user, that are just a lightweight bookmark for later conversations, and that provide clarity on how to close that piece of work.
Hypothesis: Writing stories that describe what the user will be able to do when the story is delivered will increase quality of what we deliver
Time Frame: 6 weeks, ask pivot or persevere: every two weeks
Typical Outcomes: increase productivity and predictability
Skill Growth Criteria: You have written well formed stories and had them accepted by your product owner
