Problem: Some problems keep biting us despite efforts to eliminate them. And they bite us hard. These problems need to be addressed and our normal retrospective techniques do not seem to be enough to solve them.
Hypothesis: Group thinking techniques can solve our most difficult and most negatively impactful problems with real actionable solutions, strategies and plans
Time Frame: 1 quarter, ask pivot or persevere after three sprints
Typical Outcomes: Increase flow, increase quality, increase value deliveyr and increase engagement
