Experiment: epic/initiative writing
Problem: We adopted SAFe but our Epics often have no descriptions or have multi page descriptions.
Hypothesis: By writing epics using the lightweight style recommended by SAFe, all epics will have descriptions and more people will read those descriptions increasing solution quality.
Time Frame: 3 months, ask pivot or persevere after one month
Typical Outcomes: increase product quality, increase epic understanding.
Skill Growth Criteria: you have written a well formed epic following the style recommended by SAFe.
