Experiment: Faster Story Writing
Problem: Many teams are taught the classic story format, then do not follow it.
Hypothesis: The short form story syntax, also used by Mike Cohn prior to the current longer form allows faster story writing, higher adoption, and with no loss of quality, so it should be allowed as an alternative approach.
Time Frame: 6 weeks, ask pivot or persevere: every two weeks
Typical Outcomes: decrease time to write stories, increase quality of stories
Skill Growth Criteria: You have written stories using the short form and it is working better for your team than long form stories.
