Cake mix
120ml Guinness
120g unsalted butter, extra for greasing the tins
30g cacao powder
200g caster sugar
65g soured cream
1 L egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
130g plain flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 block of chocolate
Baileys cream
125g mascarpone
45ml baileys irisch cream
40g icing sugar
Chocolate ganache
100g dark chocolate 70%
100g double cream
1 1/2 tsp golden syrup
1 1/2 tsp salted butter
