What's new in WotNot | April 2024
We've launched some new things on WotNot in April. Let's check them out.
HTTP request support for streaming APIs:
LLMs are quite the rage these days, and in case you have your own LLM model that you'd like to use as opposed to OpenAI, we have now supported Streaming APIs on the HTTP request action block.
Google Analytics integration:
We're launching a native integration with Google Analytics. With this, you can fire events on your GA account at any point in the chatbot flow, and keep track of the chatbot performance.
Subscribe/unsubscribe contacts:
For easy management of contacts running promotional campaigns, we're adding support for subscription. You can easily mark a contact as subscribed or unsubscribed based on keywords like STOP.
Supporting sub-domains:
Long time coming, we're now supporting sub-domains. You can use the same WotNot code snippet on your sub-domains to easily test your staging bots before marking them live.
Triggering bots based on hot keywords:
Specifically for SMS and WhatsApp, where the chat can start with a text input, you can now trigger different bots based on the keywords received. This makes managing campaign responses a whole lot easy.
