//Previewing your knowledge base
We have added a preview button to make it easy for you to test your knowledge base. By clicking on it, you can converse with the knowledge base and verify whether the answers are accurate.
//WhatsApp flow support
Using UI components embedded right in your conversations, you can design and build various rich customer experiences. Use components like date pickers, radio buttons, dropdowns, text areas, and more.
//Showing outbound messages in live chat
When replies come from your outbound campaigns, you can see the message template sent to the user that led to the reply. This ultimately helps agents understand which campaign the user is coming from and converse accordingly.
