Getting WhatsApp APIs in WotNot:
With our embedded signup process, you can easily get your WhatsApp APIs with just a few clicks - inside WotNot.
Voice notes in live chat:
You can now record and send voice notes to users from the live chat page on our web and mobile apps.
Starting a new chat from live chat:
You can now initiate a conversation with a contact right from the live chat page. Just write the number and choose the template you want to reach them with.
Bot preview screen gets a sleek new look:
We've made this screen a lot more beautiful and shown common information like bot name and its link for easy access when you share with your colleagues.
Updated pricing plans:
Prices remain the same! We have removed our 'Basic' plan, and added all basic integrations to our Starter plan. Also, introduced the 'Utimate' pricing plan for a complete handheld assistance in building bots.

You can now download your agent analytics report in a CSV format.
