In fact, it can lower the amount of sleep as well as the quality. Luckily, there is an application for Linux that will eliminate the blue light coming from our computers, making it easier to use at night. This application is called Redshift, with the current version being 1.1. In this video, I will show you how to download, install, and configure Redshift to your exact liking.
