Installing and Reviewing Zorin OS 12.1 Core - Cross-Platform UI!
Hello everyone and welcome to this next video on Byte of Linux. In this video, I will be showing you how to install Zorin OS, and then review it. Zorin OS is a Linux distribution that is meant for existing macOS or Windows users, as it provides lots of customization options. It does include a minimal skin on top of GNOME 3, but I like how you can easily revert to the stock look if necessary. The stability of this distribution is rock solid, and it provides tons of features. The only thing that is concerning is the amount of system resources that it is using up. With no applications running, it uses about 1.2 GB of RAM, and there is some odd network usage that is displayed as well. I highly recommend it for new users looking to get into the world of Linux.
