Installing and Reviewing Backslash Linux Olaf
Welcome back to this video on Byte of Linux! I am very sorry that I haven't uploaded in a while, was out of town. In this one, I will be showing you how to install Backslash Linux Olaf. Backslash Linux is an Ubuntu-based distribution that is developed in India. Olaf is the third release, following the pattern of naming them after the characters in the Disney movie "Frozen". The performance of the distro is excellent, with RAM usage at 0.59 GB, which is very good for a KDE-based desktop. Sadly, there are a few cons with this. I found that some of the software is very buggy, with applications such as "Virus Scanner" crashing frequently. Overall, it is a great distribution that has a great looking appearance.
