Protest-Repression Cycle in Burma
On Oct 4, 2007, I point out that if both camps of the Burmese political conflict view the protest-
repression dynamic as a lose-lose scenario, the chance for negotiated
transition to democracy (or national reconciliation) improves
dramatically.
