I also address the perennial concern of the Burmese Opposition in their part of the Tit for Tat: their activists and politicians can be re-arrested. Then, if the release of the opposition activists inside the prison is part of the political settlement, and their re-arrest is the concern, then the Burmese Opposition should make a easily-reversible, comparable return.
