Free and Fair Elections in Burma
Here I joined the discussion in Moder Views Live Forum in BBC Burmese about the free and fairness of elections in Burma. I point out the different judgments of the 1990 elections: NOT free and fair prior to elections but the opposite, particularly after NLD won over 80% of districts with over 50% of votes. I also suggest to explicitly state what would make 2010 elections free and fair.
