THE ANSWER! - To - Where is my YT Inbox?
Go to anyones channel name, click it, then goto or click their ABOUT tab.
You will then see SEND A MESSAGE CLICK IT! - THEN if you look TOP LEFT, your INBOX appears..
TAdaaaaaa! Its just like Google Magic - they hide it and we have to find it!

The inbox is not in Video Manager anymore! I don't know where they are, but it is not in the video manager.
Google say they moved it to Google+, but it is not there either.
The only way I know of to find your inbox now - it to try (pretend) to send a message - just pick anyone - you don't actually need to send the message. just use this send a message to INVOKE you INBOX!

THIS WON'T LAST LONG of course, because YouTube will probably move the inbox again the minute I publish this!
