Let's continue our study of Family Law, addressing the doctrinal and jurisprudential aspects of the subject, contextualized with the legal provisions relevant to the content.
Remember, in this playlist, you'll learn about Family Law, a branch of Civil Law that addresses the complex rules and regulations governing the relationship between people united through marriage, stable union, or kinship. You can also find regulations on guardianship and curatorship, although these two topics are not directly related to family relationships.

There are five property regimes governed by the Civil Code: universal community of property, partial community of property, conventional separation of property, final participation in acquisitions, and mandatory separation of property.
