LESSON 23 - ADMINISTRATIVE DIVORCE AND CONTESTED DIVORCE

Let's continue our study of Family Law, addressing the doctrinal and jurisprudential aspects of the discipline, contextualized with the legal provisions relevant to the content.
Remember that in this playlist you will learn about Family Law, a branch of Civil Law that deals with the complex of rules and regulations aimed at the relationship between people united by marriage, stable union, or kinship. Regulations on guardianship and curatorship can also be found, although these two topics are not directly linked to family relationships.
Administrative or extrajudicial divorce also needs to be consensual, considered the most suitable type for dissolving a marriage; however, it must meet certain requirements. Contested divorce, on the other hand, is that which arises from some impasse between the spouses regarding secondary aspects of the divorce and not the dissolution itself, since the will of one is sufficient for dissolution.
