Remember that in this playlist you will learn about Family Law, a branch of Civil Law that deals with the complex of rules and regulations aimed at the relationship between people united by marriage, stable union, or kinship. Regulations on guardianship and curatorship can also be found, although these two topics are not directly linked to family relationships.
It is important to distinguish between concubinage and stable union, considering that the former is not protected by family law and does not receive the same constitutional protection as stable union.
