Those were the words of Mayor John Whitmire who spoke solemnly about the passing of Houston Firefighter Marcelo Garcia.
Houston Firefighter Marcelo Garcia, 42, from Station 23 was tragically killed battling a warehouse fire on Polk St. late Wednesday night.
