(60-second insta meditation, number 3)

We need more arguing in world.

I don't like it any more than you do. But, we need it.

How else will we learn about our own preferences? About what we believe, who we agree with, who we want to associate with?

We have to fight each other and see what happens.

So, that's your assignment.

Fight someone on social media.

Look, you're not doing this to cause trouble. You're not doing this to hurt anybody.

You're CERTAINLY not doing this to change anyone's mind. That's not going to happen. Forget about it.

Instead, you're doing this to experience what it's like to have an argument. To disagree.

Have you ever done this before? Have an argument simply to see what it's like?

No, of course not. You've argued to win. To prove a point. To get revenge. To make sure your voice is heard.

That's not what we're doing here. We're going to argue just for the fun of it.

It doesn't matter if you're not that type of person. You should still do it. Who cares what type of person you are?

You don't have to believe in what you're saying. You just have to say it. To see what it's like to say it.

Let me know how it goes.

Seriously. If you don't let me know, I'm going to assume you didn't do it, and then you're dead to me.

Also, if you like posts, you should save them. Instagram will take note of that.
