Did you know you can make Excel talk?
This is how you can do it
First thing you need to do is go up here and click Customize Quick Access Toolbar and then
go down and click on more commands
Change this to All Commands
Scroll all the way down to S until you find Speak Cells Options - there are 5 different options, highlight each one and click add and then click ok
In the top of Excel we now have the following options
Now all we need to do is highlight where we want to start
Press Play
And Excel Starts to talk!
If you want to stop click on stop
You can use the other buttons to tell Excel to talk in the order of rows first or columns and there is also the option to make Excel talk each time you hit enter
