Hi guys so when creating a short I changed my video preview to the correct aspect ratio to export the project as a short.
However, as my footage is recorded in a different aspect ratio, I have the following lines on the top and bottom.
It took me a while to find a fix so here is how to quickly fix the issue
Go to event pan crop
Click on position
Click on first key frame of position
Make sure Lock aspect ratio is unchecked for me it’s currently checked – click it and now it’s unchecked
Next change Maintain aspect ratio to – No
You can then use the Event/Pan crop and set the stage as you had planned
