Hey Smart Foodies! Granola is a healthy and power packed mixture of oats, a variety of nuts, seeds and dried fruits and usually some form of mild sweetener. It is roasted to give it a pleasant aroma and crunch. Granola is most often eaten as a topping on an oatmeal or a porridge, served at breakfast. It is one of the best breakfast choices as it provides our bodies with all the boost of nutrition that it needs to kick start our mornings in the best way possible!
