Ingredients :
Tender coconut - 2 (water - 3cups & flesh - 1 cup)
Sugar - 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp
Gelatin (un flavored) - 2 tbsp
Milk- 1 1/4 cup
To garnish :
Roast Coconut scrapings & cashew nuts in butter or ghee
