This is a detailed "Studio Tour" of the hardware I use in my daily recording and mixing work.
The starting point was a necessary workflow change: after an intense jazz session recording 5 musicians simultaneously (occupying 20 channels), I realized I needed to reorganize my preamps in a 20-unit rack for easier access and ergonomics.
