Starting the mix by processing the MIX BUS is a very popular way of working among mixing engineers, and in this video, I show how I managed to polish the sound of a song in just 5 minutes, using only processing on the drum bus and the mix bus. I transformed the sound of the mix before even working on the channels individually.
