Yo Adrian I Did It Gentoo Linux On The MT7010
I didn't prepare a thumb, Sorry. I was a little rushed to get this out.
I have made a successful Gentoo install on the Dell MT 7010. Using the Xfce4 Desktop.
Took me a minute and I still have a long way to go. Just want to keep you updated on my Gentoo journey.
I'm probably going to be changing the kernel on this system. Seams to me that is always a little risky. Wish me luck. If I do bork the install, back to the Gentoo drawing board.
USE flags make a Lot more sense to me now, kinda sorta maybe. But I do think it is coming together. Time is the draw back to Gentoo but unless I miss my guess, it will be well worth it!
