IN THIS UPDATE:
Fixed Buildings generating unrealistic overhangs.
Fixed internal texture, will have to return to this in future.
Modified roads and sidewalks to allow for destruction.
Modified interior blocks, made them heavier and easier to fracture
Added street props.
Added structural integrity checking, created much lag.
Added custom street and block sizes.
Added parks.
Added Main Menu for settings with 12 options to change currently.
Optimized performance by creating fractures pre-runtime at the cost of unique point fractures.
Killed bug where fractures would stop calculating.
