Born in the projects of Erie, PA now living just South of Nashville in Franklin, TN. Shellie is a 6th Degree Black Belt Master in Tae Kwon Do, Fighting Gold Medal Champion in the AAU Jr Olympics, World Fighting Champion at age 14 and the daughter of Tae Bo® creator launches her new style of HIIT Fitness. This is "Shell Shock® Fitness".
