Ensure Greetings Routed Correctly in Grasshopper
If you have multiple options for a specific type of greeting, you'll want to ensure that the right one is selected. Some greetings should only be heard during certain times of the day, so please make sure those are scheduled correctly.
Non-admins can change greetings for extensions they've been assigned to. Admins, however, can change greetings for any extension and account greetings.
