Upload My Own Hold Music in Grasshopper
You can upload any audio file you have the rights to and use them for your callers.
You must ensure compliance with your country's Digital Rights Management Laws when uploading copyrighted files. Unfortunately, owning a CD or purchasing a track from iTunes does not give you the right to use it as hold music in Grasshopper.
If you want new hold music, search for something that is royalty-free. Some are free to use, and others can be purchased through subscription services.
You must be an Admin to upload hold music to Grasshopper.
