Create a Schedule in Grasshopper
Once added, a schedule will direct your callers to the correct destination, depending on if you are open or closed.
You must be an Admin to create an account-wide schedule in Grasshopper. Non-admins can create schedules for individual extensions to which they have access to.
Also, before creating a schedule, you must have recorded an away greeting and added it to the system or applicable extension.
