2 Cans Young Jackfruit, Drained and rinsed
2 1/2 Cups Vegetable Broth
4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3 TBSP BBQ Coffee Rub Seasoning, I use Trader Joe's brand
1 TBSP Smoked Paprika
1/2 TBSP Pepper
1 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBSP Cayenne Powder
1 1/2 TSP Onion Powder
Tortilla Chips
1/2 Cup Vegan Cheese
1/3 Cup Sliced Jalapeños
1 Avocado, Chopped
3-4 TBSP Vegan Sour Cream
Drizzle Hot Sauce
3 TBSP Chopped Green Onion
