Is there any chance you have litigation contacts? The OPD event at Uhaul has grown. A few days ago I was mailed court documents informing me that the City Prosecutor was charging me with 3 counts, one being assault in the 4th degree. They gave me less than a week to prepare, my arraignment is day after tomorrow early morning. I honestly have no idea what’s going to happen Wednesday. Amazing how I get attacked twice, and results end with me being trespassed and charged with three counts. Now I might actually be thrown in jail for taking pictures in public.
Any thoughts or ideas you might have would be greatly appreciated.

What is an arraignment?
If you are arrested, like Jeremiah was in Olympia, your first court appearance will be the arraignment where you will be told by a judge what your charges are.
Then as the defendant you will plead guilty, not guilty or no contest.
The judge will then decide whether the defendant will be released on their own recognizance, released after granting bail, or to be taken into custody.
