Jeremiah Farley (PNW Transparency) First Amendment Auditing in Olympia: Part Two (May)

Olympia News Network was founded to show the public what other news outlets would not.

Today we are again reporting on Jeremiah Farley and what he is doing in the Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater area.

Beginning in April, Mr. Farley has been going into government buildings, standing in front of churches and business and recording.

He is doing what is called “First Amendment Auditing.”

30+ videos and less than two months later the Olympia Police Department would be recommending charges to the prosecutor’s office for an incident in front of the U-Haul on 4th Ave resulting in him in front of a judge for arraignment for the following charges:

ASSAULT 4TH DEGREE
DISORDERLY CONDUCT ENDANGER
PEDESTRIAN INTER OBST PED/VEH TRAF
