I Got 99 Problems But Gold Stakes: Anaglyph Deck Ain't One! Balatro Run #33
VOD of me beating Gold Stakes difficulty with the Anaglyph Deck! The various stakes in Balatro add numerous challenging effects that drastically reduce your consistency in putting together a stacked deck and increase your scoring requirements. With the Anaglyph Deck, the benefit is beating each boss gives you a Double Tag that you can use to multiply the benefit from your next skip. These stack between rounds so if you save up enough you can make a mega play to secure the game, getting tons of money, packs, or other benefits. In this run, we start with the Vagabond and Cloud Nine, which is a pretty good engine for securing Tarot cards and still having enough money for shops. We manage to find TWO different Negative Tags throughout the run, so we are able to find a lot of Negative Jokers to help us out, some of which are useful. We end up using a Negative DNA to fill our Deck with nines and actually manage to duplicate Cloud Nine with a Negative Showman, which gives us a large amount of money. We combine this with Fortune Teller and Hologram to get plenty of Mult and eventually make most of our nines Steel Red Seals for even more Mult. Truly one of the Anaglyph Deck runs of all time.
