I started having problems accessing the inter-net with my TP Link AC 1900 Smart Wi Fi Router. I figured my router was defective so I called customer support to inquiry about warranty and company protocol to get a replacement. Mr.Hanson Chan from Customer Support took my call and came to the rescue. In short order, Mr.Chan discovered that my TP Link Router was not properly connected and was not configured correctly. Since I am close to being computer literate, Mr.Chan had to spend close to an hour assisting me in configuring my router. Mr.Chan was very patient, explaining in detail what I needed to do in order to configure the router. I commend Mr.Chan because he is a big credit to himself and TP link. The router continues to perform flawlessly, and I highly recommend it. You can't go wrong with a TP Link 1900 Smart Wi Fi Router.
