Shiho Nage: Variations and Tips
Shiho Nage is one of the best-known techniques in Aikido. Considered one of the fundamental technical pillars of the art, it is a waza that allows for countless possibilities of applications and technical approaches. In this video, I explore this waza with the Yokomen uchi attack.
There are countless ways to apply it, here I demonstrate what in my opinion is the basic form and some possible variations that I use in my practice.
