Ushiro Ryokata Tori Juji Garami
Juji Garami is a technique rarely seen in other martial arts. Some Japanese Jujutsu styles make use of this waza. In Aikido, it is a technique that is increasingly rare to see in training and demonstrations, but despite not being a basic technique, such as Ikkyo, Shiho Nage and Irimi Nage, it is a classic movement of our art. In the video, I explore what in my opinion is the simplest way to apply this technique, as well as some possible variations that I use in my practice.
