Zeca and Maria live in Cascais, near Lisbon, a beautiful place near the sea. Zeca, is a 72 year-old COPD patient. She’s an active and strong person that practices taekwondo as it helps her improve her breathing capability. She know Maria as both are active members of the patients association Respira. In the video, Maria remembers how she took care and motivated Luisa Soares an inspiring COPD patient, that gave her last years of life to Respira serving as President.
