Here's a delicious curry recipe for lunch & dinner with beetroot & potatoes!!
Ingredients :
Beetroot - 1 cut into small cube sizes
Potatoes - 3 medium sized
Onion - 1/2 sliced
Crushed ginger (1 inch size) garlic(4 cloves)
Green chillies - 3-4 (slited)
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water- 1 glass
For Roasting :
Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
Dried red chillies - 6
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Coconut - 1 cup (250 ml)
Shallots - 2 nos
Garlic - 2 cloves
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - a few
For Tempering :
Coconut oil- 1tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Shallots - 3 sliced
Curry leaves
